The competition started at 10am. 12 teams of 4 rocked up. Cydus was full of enthusiasm. Participating teams through the DOTA double elimination competition were: APG - DIN - FC - Geto - HTL - Ice Tea

The 16-hour heated competition ended at 2am with only one team victorious. The WINNER of the $400 for 09.04.06 CYDUS DOTA COMPETITION is: Geto Second prize (8 Village Cinema movie tickets + $60) goes to FCThird prize ($60) goes to Ice Tea Congratulations to all of you. Competition Details: * 1st prize $400, 2nd prize is 8 movie tickets worth $120 - Double elimination - the winner of the loser bracket must beat the winner bracket twice in the battle - 4 players on each team - No changing seats - Map version 6.27b will be used (latest league map) - Map format is –ar (Random heroes) - Final map is –ap (All Pick) –lm (League Mode) - No pooling of any kind - Sharing chicken allowed - Entering enemy base without your creeps present is not allowed - Once in enemy base, destroying whatever you can is allowed - Pushing first two towers is allowed without your creeps - No blocking creeps - If any of the computer crashes within 30 minutes from start of the game, a rematch will happen - If any of the computer crashes after 30 minutes after the start of the game, the screen of the first player to log out will be noted, hero scores will then be added up. The team with the highest hero score will be the winner - No banging on the equipment and / or table which may cause a disruption in the game. Forfeit will be at Cydus administration’s discretion - Cydus administration decision is final |
